How long are your turn-around times?

Turn around time means first pencil mark of sketch, to completing painted artwork, to posted.

It depends on the size and if you have chosen your frame colour upon commencement of piece. Some clients have chosen their frame once their piece is completed, extending their turn-around time by days to weeks, depending on framing stock.

When you order your piece AND frame together, my framer and I work in tandem. She organises the frame while I paint your piece. This means that when I’m finished, I take the piece to her and she is ready, adding only 2-3 business days to have your piece ready for shipping.

Do you update your clients throughout the process?

Yes! I definitely share updates throughout the sketch and painting process. More often than not, it is more frequent than stated in my contract - which you receive upon confirmation for booking.

I value open, honest communication highly. Your piece is very valuable and needs to be made to the standard that you hold it. Therefore, opportunities for feedback and critiques are readily available throughout the process.

Do you paint people and pets?

I would love to add people and pets to your portraits, however this is not my expertise, so they are not included.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. There are no hidden fees ordering your house portrait. Simply the cost of the portrait and free shipping across Australia for all originals. Once you complete your booking and payment, let me do the rest for you!
